Privacy Policy

Still being finalized. Our registered address is still being finalized and will be added here before production launch.

This policy applies to websites, applications, documentation, support channels, and interfaces operated by Hyndle Labs Ltd. that link to it (the Services).

Information Hyndle processes

Depending on how you use the Services, Hyndle may process:

  • public wallet addresses, wallet-authentication signatures, transaction hashes, token ownership, and resolver records;
  • requested names, reservation status, selected duration, payment and mint status, and transaction-recovery state;
  • IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, error reports, fraud signals, and security events;
  • preferences such as theme, language, and analytics choice; and
  • information you voluntarily provide through support or security-reporting channels.

Hyndle does not need your wallet private key or recovery phrase. Never enter either into a Hyndle form.

Why information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, provide reservations and minting, verify payments and blockchain events, display public ownership and records, recover pending transactions, protect the Services, prevent fraud, keep audit records, provide support, comply with law, and improve reliability.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of a contract, steps taken at your request, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Services, or consent.

Cookies and browser storage

Hyndle uses essential cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, preferences, consent state, and recovery of pending transactions. These functions are necessary to provide the Services safely and reliably.

With your consent, Hyndle also uses optional analytics technologies, which are never required to reserve, pay for, or mint a name. See our Cookie Policy for the full details and how to change your selection.

Public blockchain data

Public blockchains are transparent and generally immutable. Wallet addresses, names, ownership history, transactions, resolver records, and NFT metadata written on-chain may remain publicly available indefinitely. Hyndle cannot erase or make private information recorded on a public blockchain.

Do not publish confidential information in a name profile, resolver record, transaction, or other on-chain field.

Sharing and retention

Hyndle may use infrastructure, security, analytics, communications, professional-adviser, and compliance service providers where reasonably necessary. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the Services, during a corporate transaction, or at your direction.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, accounting, disputes, legal compliance, and enforcement. Public blockchain data is maintained by the relevant network and is outside Hyndle's deletion controls.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Rights can be limited by law, security needs, legal claims, or blockchain immutability.

Requests may be sent to info@hyndle.app. Hyndle may need to verify identity and authority before acting.

Children, changes, and contact

Transactional features are not directed to children. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher.

This policy may change as the Services, law, or technology develops. Questions may be sent to info@hyndle.app.
